Step 1: Touch the three horizontal lines in the bottom-right edge of the screen.

Step 2: Scroll down and touch "Setups.".

Tip 5: Tap the toggles beside "Upload HD" to have the Facebook app upload video clips and photos in HD going forward (the toggles will turn green).
