If labeling good friends in images on your Facebook service page causes personal privacy issues or other worries, put in the time to remove these tags. Locate the pictures and untag your pal or modify the inscriptions that display your close friend's Facebook name. After you get rid of the tags, the picture continues to be viewable on the page without your pal's link to his Facebook Timeline.

Untag On Facebook

Step 1. Open your Facebook account and click the "Equipment" menu button. Click your service web page listed in the Usage Facebook As area to open it.

Step 2. Click the "Photos" web link under the cover photo to show a gallery of image thumbnails. If you do not see the photo you are seeking, click "Cds" to view additional photos.

Step 3. Click inside the preferred image you intend to modify to open it in the picture visitor window.

Tip 4. Mouse over the name web link in the panel next to the picture to show "Eliminate tag" and then click this link to remove the tag. As an option, click "Edit" below the caption to display the listing of names or tags. Click the "X" close to the friend's name you intend to untag. Click "Done Editing" to leave edit mode.

Step 5. Press "Esc" to shut the photo home window and return to the gallery of pictures. Click "House" or your web page web link name to go back to the business web page.
